It’s HOT in Vegas but the grill is still on. But the plus side is that grilling season isn’t over til around October. But I love a grilled kurobuta pork chop! So delicious. Let’s also talk about those views 😍. I served this with smoked tomatoes and herb polenta. Simple but packed with flavor. Clients were very happy! A congratulatory surprise engagement brunch from last year! My repeat client asked me to do a brunch for their sister who was recently engaged! How could I say no when love is in the air💕. Multi day private chef event for . It was such an honor and privilege to cook for their group. Also thrown into the mix on the same day was a 4 course dinner for 11 that I had to do for by myself. Whew 😮‍💨. Very grateful for all opportunities!!
