Pumpkin Patch Punch is our drink for the hayride, the corn maze and the bonfire after. It also works on a random Wednesday in October.

Here is how it goes. Fresh apple c***r, spicy ginger b**r, a squeeze of lemon and two dashes of aromatic bitters over ice. An ice cold Day Drinking Lemonberry Ice goes in last, and one slow stir swirls the berry pink through the gold. Cinnamon sugar on the rim, a thin apple slice and a few raspberries on top (totally optional thought). It tastes like warm spice and cold fruit at the same time.

It also scales to a pitcher well for a crowd. One can per glass keeps the dose simple, so everyone knows exactly what they had. Use 2MG for an easy afternoon and 5MG if your guests already know h**p beverages.

Forget the PSL, try something new! Pumpkin Patch Punch is the drink for the hayride, the corn maze, the bonfire after. Or honestly just a Tuesday in October.

Monday needs a bright spot, so here is ours. Day Drinking Lemonberry Ice, pulled from the back of the fridge where it gets coldest, cracked open on the porch after a long day of emails and other Monday chaos.

The first sip is strawberry and raspberry up front, blackberry underneath, and a squeeze of real lemon that keeps the whole thing from going too sweet on you. The fizz is soft, not overwhelming. The color is that bright berry pink you can see straight through the opening of the can.
