Spiced it up using pecan butter
Easy brining recipe for chicken breast.
4 cups water
4 tbsp Kosher salt
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 tbsp peppercorns
1 bay leaf
3 thyme sprigs
2 garlic cloves - optional
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and let cool completely.
Add chicken breast. Brine for 2 hours in fridge.
What’s for dinner?
Heirloom tomatoes, Burrata, Fig Balsamic glaze, Prosciutto chip, Pesto.

Marinated in cherry tomatoes, basil, cayenne, olive oil, lemon.
Once marinated for a couple hours I grilled up the shrimp and cooked the marinade with butter to make sauce. Boom.
We’re back in our kitchen making this terrific banana bread recipe. Super easy and damn tasty especially with a dollop of pecan butta on top.
