What a wonderful western night hosted by Lizzie Fuchs Events 👏

All the food we made fit right into this night of country music, cowboy boots, and barrel raising 🐎

From a whole roasted pig to Southern style tacos, hibiscus margaritas, and banana pudding, we covered all the cravings 😉

This was one of those nights you never wanted to end.

A romantic night to remember 🤍

What a stunning space to say I Do with every single detail taken care of.

Menu of the night:
- A diver scallop with lobster bisque
- Butter lettuce, cucumber ribbons, fresh mango, avocado, toasted macadamia nuts, and passion fruit vinaigrette
- Petite filet mignon topped with butter-poached colossal, shrimp, coral carrot purée, roasted fingerling, potatoes, asparagus, and bernaise
- Butternut squash, ravioli with brown butter, roasted squash, baby, spinach, toasted pecans

Everyone was buzzing about the food and experience 🤍
