Last night I made Dan a clean up time drink to celebrate our first of the season sold out night! Thanks to everyone and all the new faces who came last night! The flow was perfect, the weather kept a nice flowing breeze and with all the windows now cut in and open the shak was ever so nice. I try to push pre-orders so I make enough dough, and walk-ins are always welcome but it’s hard to guess how much to make each night. Last night we sold every ball! Wahoo

We will be CLOSED JUNE 12, as our family is very involved in our church’s Fiesta next Saturday and we will be helping with set up. But we will be open every Friday after that through October from 6-9pm!!

Purpose of pizza nights.
Enjoy the evening, my place is not where we want you in and out for table turn overs, I don’t have waitstaff that work for tips (although we have a tip jar the crew shares). My focus is slow food, human interactions and conversations without digital interference. There’s very poor reception and I don’t give out my WiFi password.

Eli Lugo will kick it off the afternoon at 4PM, followed by Grupo Folklorico Izcalli, Conjunto Presidio de Slp, and Son Venezuela. DJ Romy Ruiz will play between performances.
