CooliesTreats "THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR ICE CREAM!!" I was born and raised here in Lawrence County. I have an Associates of Science in Business Administration degree.

I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren who are eager to help me with this business. I purchased this food trailer from Dee and Pam Hager who had opened an ice cream shop in Bridgeport then purchased this trailer and named it Collies 2 and ran it for over 20 years. I want to thank Pam and Dee for the opportunity to take over their "baby" and run it with the same heart and soul like they did. I hope Pam and Dee will be happy and proud of the future I have planned for Coolies 2.

Following a thorough evaluation, we have resolved that the large trailer was impractical for solo operation. As a result, I have sold the trailer. Nevertheless, I have opted to keep the snow cone machine and will focus on constructing a smaller trailer. Our menu will highlight fresh fruit shake-ups and snow cones, complemented by all-beef hot dogs.
