Is it just us, or why does it seem like Chipotle Mexican Grill’s chips always stale?

It doesn’t matter what location, state, or if you see that they just put them out.

Consistently for us for the last 5ish years it seems like. Have you experienced this in your area?

MILK DROP WEDNESDAY!
(And a little glimpse into our past)

When Beau and I first got married, we had a house in a Fort Worth neighborhood.
Even on only 10k square feet of land, we found a way to still raise layers, meat birds and have a garden and always supported our raw milk dealer 🙌🏼

The majority of our customers live in neighborhoods. We love you all dearly. And I know some of you aspire to have a little homestead of your own.

All I can say is,… there is no time like today! Just one seed is all it takes. The one that’s planted in your heart. 🌱 And the one you put in your back yard. Even if you only have one planter pot. 🥳

Today, after our milk pickup from the farm, I told this HARD WORKING farm girl to pack a bag and jump in the car. We got dinner reservations!

She was so excited because her favorite ride at Hollywood Studios just opened back up! So right after we finish supper at Hollywood & Vine, her mama is going to try and not upchuck while tossing, turning, and flipping upside down.

Not sure what I was thinking. 🤪

We’ve been selling out faster than normal again.
Last week we had to make a surprise drop less than 48 hours to replenish the fridges.

We had a good storm roll through today!

We often times run outside to check on our cows, and make sure they’re all okay. It’s scary to think that it all could end so suddenly whilst living in the lightning capital of the world.

Tonight, we’re praying for the family that lost not only cattle… but a loved one, a fellow farmer, and a life completely devoted to this ranch life.

People don’t always realize,… farmers walk into storms to protect what they love. And we risk it all at times.

A lightning strike killed four cows and a calf on a Marion County farm during severe thunderstorms over the weekend, according to the National Weather Service in Jacksonville and the farm owner. 🔗 ⬇️

🚨Sinkholes are being reported.

This was what I was worried about with the drought then followed by a first really good rainfall. Specially a heavy one.

The aquifer is not supported, and cannot support the saturated weight of the ground before collapsing into a cavity.

Soooooo happy for rain finally,… but just keep an eye out as it’s going to be awhile until we fully recover.

🚧 Another one! A large hole has opened up alongside southbound Hwy 301/441 near Hwy 329, forcing a lane closure while crews work in the area. 👀
