Monday was a busy and rewarding day for Cross Circle C Farm at the Laclede County Fair. We spent the morning caring for the breeding hogs, making sure they were fed, watered, and bathed. By evening, the showmen were prepped and ready for the ring. Afterward, we assisted L&S Show Pigs with the Beyond the Boundaries hog show before moving into the breeding show.

James Corneau delivered an outstanding performance with Diamond, earning Grand Champion in Showmanship.
Padyn Corneau showcased Sassy with confidence and skill, doing an excellent job in her class.
Kelby Corneau had a full and exciting night showing Cinnamon and George. With Apollo, she earned Reserve Champion Crossbred Boar, and with Fireball she secured Grand Champion in the All Other Breeds class. Fireball also went on to win Reserve Champion Boar Overall.

The Laclede County Fair Livestock Sale kicks off tonight at 6:00!

Join us for an exciting evening as these dedicated young exhibitors showcase the animals they’ve worked tirelessly to raise. It’s your chance to support their hard work, celebrate their achievements, and take home a top‑quality project. Our showmen are listed below—come cheer them on and place your bids. If you don't want to bid, but still want to support financially, you can talk to the board office about added money. This can be any amount that you would like to add (give) to any kiddo that is selling.

Kelby Corneau is selling a steer named Ringo in the Livestock Sale this year. Along with showing her steer she also showed 4 breeding hogs, and she will be showing 2 ducks in the poultry show tomorrow.

Thanks to Cross Circle C Farm for making it to where I'm able to show animals. My parents, Paul and Stacey Corneau, my Nana, and the rest of my family and friends for encouraging me and supporting me. Thank you to Heritage Bank for providing me a way to buy my steer. Thank you Mrs. Miller for everything you did to help me be my best and Mr. Inman for making me work hard and never give up. Most importantly thanks to God for giving me another breath in my lungs and great animals to show. Also thanks to MFA and everyone else who helped me all the way.

RaeLynn Mcquegge isn't selling this year but she did an amazing job showing her pig, Chris P. Bacon.
