🚛 The Stuff the Truck school donation truck is now at Avon Park in Lebanon! 🎒📚✏️

Come out to Avon Park and help us finish the day strong by filling the truck with donations for local kids.

We’re collecting school supplies, new clothing, toiletries and hygiene items, and non-perishable food.

Bring the kids, hang out, enjoy the family activities, and help support families in our community.

We’ll be here from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Support Ratha San and His Family

Many of you have reached out asking how you can help Ratha San, co-owner of City Watch Coffee, following his detention by ICE. We are incredibly grateful for every message, every share, every prayer, and every act of kindness already shown to Ratha and his family.

Ratha came to the United States as an infant through legal family sponsorship after being born in a refugee camp, where his family had fled the devastation of war. This is the country where he grew up, built businesses, created jobs, supported his community, and raised his children.

Now, his family is facing the possibility of permanent separation. Along with the emotional toll, they are also carrying the financial burden of legal expenses, lost income following the closure of the Cleona location, and the uncertainty of what comes next.

We have created a GoFundMe to help ease that burden and support the legal effort to bring Ratha home to his wife and children.

Every donation, no matter the amount, helps. If you are unable to give, sharing the fundraiser can make just as much of a difference.

Our hearts are with our family at City Watch Coffee during an incredibly difficult and uncertain time.

As Bai Chaa, we’ve watched our community grow more divided, neighbors against neighbors, families against families, people reduced to labels instead of treated as human beings. We reject that division outright.

We also believe compassion isn’t partisan. There’s a real difference between recognizing that laws exist and believing every outcome they produce is just. Decades of rehabilitation, family, work, and community contribution don’t disappear on a technicality - and the people who pay the steepest price are often the innocent spouses and children left behind.

City Watch Coffee isn’t just another business to us - they’re family. Behind that storefront is a family now facing something that could change their lives. We intend to help however we can, and we’re asking our community to do the same.

Mount Gretna, you were incredible. ❤️

What a weekend.

Not even the weather could slow this community down. You came out, you showed up, you supported us, and most importantly, you came ready to enjoy good food and a good time.

We are completely overwhelmed by the love and support Bai Chaa received this weekend. Every person who stopped by, tried our food, came back for more, shared kind words, brought friends, or simply took a moment to tell us how much they enjoyed what we prepared - thank you.

For our family, sharing Cambodian food is about more than serving a meal. It is about sharing a piece of our culture, our family, and something we genuinely love with the community around us. Seeing so many of you embrace it means more to us than we can put into words.

The Bai Chaa family is incredibly grateful for the warm welcome Mount Gretna continues to give us.

You showed us once again what a strong, resilient, and supportive community looks like.

You all absolutely rocked our soul today. 😂❤️ We sold out by midday, ran and grabbed tomorrow’s supply…and sold out AGAIN.

The whole Bai Chaa crew are beyond grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
