I randomly stopped by the quaint little Aldie farmers market on my way home from showings and I’m so glad I did! I met Chef Shannon Delgado, owner and chef of nappecatering
He was an absolute delight to chat with but his food was HANDS DOWN the best Peruvian I have ever had! The yuca was so soft and flavorful (and If you know yuca, you’ll know that’s tough to find)! During our chat, we talked about his catering business and booking him for future events. If you’re looking for food that is and feels as homemade as it gets, please check them out! I am calling dibs on Halloween night though!

👉🏻In a hands-on lesson, you will learn all the cooking skills for making sushi rolls at home, including how to cook rice for sushi, choose fish for sushi, and add delicious ingredients. 👉🏻You will learn interesting facts and history of sushi origin. 👉🏻You will learn how to make three different types of rolls with salmon, tuna and other ingredients like avocado, cream cheese.
