I had no idea what to make for dinner tonight. When I looked in the freezer I saw something wrapped in tin foil that it assumed could be a pork loin. It turned out to be a beef roast.

It was still frozen, but it was all I had so I seasoned it with some crack salt and Roasted Garlic Cracker seasoning; added some sliced onions, Better than Bouillon Vegetable Base (I didn’t have beef) and a little water.

Let me tell you what! The gravy! 😳 YUMMY. I made sure to save some of the seasoning to add to my mashed potatoes and and Brussels sprouts.
