Still buzzing from this weekend’s sugar rush! 💜✨
My very first pop-up with La Mini Munch at San Carlos Supermercado was a total success and I couldn’t have done it without the love and support from my amazing family, friends, and this awesome community! 🫶🏼

From helping me set up, hyping me up, sharing my posts, to stopping by for some sweet pancake stacks… y’all showed UP and showed OUT! 🙌🥞 I’m beyond grateful for every hug, every smile, and every bite you shared with me.

A huge shoutout to San Carlos Supermercado for being the first to open their doors to my small biz dream. You gave me the space to make magic and memories and I’ll never forget it!

This Saturday, May 17 at 2 PM
San Carlos / Estero Location

Come try our fluffy mini pancakes stacked your way — with tons of toppings to choose from, you can create your own custom combo or try one of our signature stacks:
• Midnight Munch – Oreo, brownies & chocolate drizzle dream
• Mini Berry Stacks – Loaded with fresh berries, mazapán, and lechera
• El Stackcito de Ruben – Our fan-favorite combo packed with flavor and personality!
