Time to add another medal! Brunswick B**r and C***r is proud to announce that it has secured two gold medals at the 2026 North Carolina Brewers Cup Competition.

Gold – She Sells Seashells by the Sea Schwarz - North American-Style Amber & Dark L***r
Gold – Inczechtorgadget – Czech-Style Pale L***r & Italian-Style Pilsener

Head brewers Neil Blake and Jake Stevens continue to receive numerous national and regional b**r awards. This serves as a perfect reminder of the great work they continue to do!

Happy Wednesday Leland!! How is it already September???

Up for lunch is something a little different, a Halloumi Cheese sando. Grilled halloumi cheese on a ciabatta roll topped with sliced avocado, bacon lettuce and tomato, served with your choice of side.

For Dinner we are serving up Brats and Perogies. Bratwurst with pan seared perogies, sliced onion, bacon, garlic, and peas in a cream sauce.

And From the Pizza Oven comes the "Spin-Art" pie. Built on our signature b**r infused crust is an oil base , topped with a spinach/artichoke spread, a 3 cheese blend , red peppers and chicken

And from the brewery : Oktoberfest is on tap and in cans ready for you to enjoy. 🍻

Sorry for the lack of posting this month but we are back at it for the rest of the year. We wanted to share this weeks specials to give you something to take your mind off of the weather.

For Lunch we are serving a fried pork chop sandwich, the same chop you love from the dinner menu. Fried chop on a Hawaiian roll topped with pepper jack cheese, green leaf lettuce a sweet heat aioli , caramelized onions and bacon.

For dinner we were feeling a little froggy, 2 frog legs tossed in a seasoned cornmeal laid over a bed of Cajun red beans and rice served with green beans and a remi sauce.

And from the pizza oven is a first: Chicken a la Vodka. Built on our signature b**r infused crust is a vodka sauce base , shredded mozz, fried chicken pieces, then finished w/ chopped basil and parm cheese.

Catch us this Thursday at founders park pouring your favorites while The British Invaders take the stage.

This week's lunch special is so craveable we are offering a larger portion for dinner.

May we introduce you to the "Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad." Blackened chicken, bacon, bowtie pasta, romaine and parmesan tossed in our house made Caesar dressing.

And from the pizza oven: The Ultimate Pepperoni Pie. Built on our signature b**r infused crust is a red base, garlic oil crust, mozz, large and small pepperonis and finished with a hot honey glaze.

And in honor of today being we're dropping our newest wing sauce "Insurance Waiver." Our hottest wing sauce is an intense blend of fiery peppers, bold spices, garlic, and tangy vinegar, delivering an immediate burst of heat followed by a rich, savory flavor. Crafted for true spice lovers, it builds with every bite and leaves a lingering burn that's as addictive as it is unforgettable. Not for the faint of heart—this sauce brings serious heat without sacrificing taste.

Sorry for the delay but a little anticipation never hurt anyone, so without further delay here are this week's specials:

For lunch we are featuring the "Chicken Cordon B." Fried chicken, pepper jack cheese, ham, jalapenos, lettuce, hot honey, and habanero honey mustard on a brioche bun.

For dinner is our twist on the classic "General Tso's chicken"

From the pizza oven: "B's Special" Built on our signature b**r infused crust is a red base, mozz, cheddar, jalapeños, pepperoni, pulled pork, green peppers, mushrooms and a sriracha drizzle.

And to add a sweet treat in the heat we are serving our house made Peach Crisp a la mode.

Hitting the taps: Last week we released "G’Boi" (RIP Kratos) a hazy double IPA coming in at 8.4% abv

Packed with Galaxy hops, this hazy Double IPA delivers waves of guava, pineapple, and juicy stone fruit over a pillowy, full-bodied finish.

And this week we'll release our latest summer treat : "Watermelon, Raspberry, Lime C***r." A must try on these hot summer days!

Specials you say? I suggest going ahead and getting in your car and heading this way if you are hungry. Our kitchen has pushed the envelope once again to bring you some of that "new new" as the kids say.

From the Brewhouse is our First Hefeweizen.
Coming in at 5.4% abv its cloudy, crushable, and full of character, this German Hefeweizen delivers notes of ripe banana, clove, fresh wheat bread, and a smooth, refreshing finish. 🍻

For lunch we are featuring our version of the Portuguese sandwich "Francesinha". Flank Steak, ham, roasted red peppers, and dirty gravy severed on a ciabatta roll topped with cheddar cheese and a sunny side up egg. Finished with a b**r based tomato sauce served in a bowl over b**r battered fries. ( SO much going on we're posting two pics)

For Dinner we are serving Scallops Risotto. 5 seared scallops served over saffron risotto, roasted asparagus , finished with a root vegetable velouté.

And from the pizza oven we are featuring a "Pesto and sausage" pizza. Built on our signature b**r infused dough is a pesto base, fresh mozz, sausage, spinach, sundried tomatoes and finished with garlic oil and a balsamic drizzle.
