Some banners mean a little more than others.
Kyndell Stone had an incredible week in the show ring:
🥈 2nd Place – Middleweight Feeder Class
🥉 3rd Overall Feeder in the Barn
🥉 3rd Place – Intermediate Showmanship
🏆 Champion Homegrown with Vixen
But the Champion Homegrown banner is the one that will always mean the most.
We're beyond proud of Kyndell Stone—not just for the banners she brought home, but for the work ethic, dedication, sportsmanship, humility, and heart she shows every single day. Those qualities will take her farther than any ribbon ever could.
Vixen is out of June, and watching Kyndell walk a home-raised calf into the ring and earn that Champion Homegrown title is something that's hard to put into words. It's more than a banner—it represents years of hard work, faith, patience, and believing in the cattle we've raised.
The early mornings, late nights, feeding, washing, fitting, and countless hours in the barn all led to this moment. Success like this isn't built in a day. It's earned one chore, one lesson, and one show at a time.
To all the exhibitors, families, volunteers, and everyone who makes fair week possible—thank you. Congratulations to everyone who stepped into the ring this week. We'll cherish these memories and can't wait to do it all again next year.
