Setback #1 😭

Food safety manager exam (final piece of the pie needed for the health department) was launched and ready go, all systems were tested and good, final scan before exam begins and the proctoring software detected a VMware, and would not allow me to start my exam!

Positive note…..Elijah just got himself a fancy new gaming computer, which should solve my problem. We**am ordered. Exam rescheduled.

Submission for heath department food license - delayed until Thursday night.

Sunday Funday..... There are so many little steps to making sure that we are doing this correctly! We secured our commissary kitchen with the American Legion, now completing the Food Safety Manager course/exam, and we will be ready to submit everything for review!
