We have received nothing but positive feedback about our new tasting room, Greenbrier Valley Taphouse in White Sulphur Springs, and we truly cannot thank you enough for the support.

To our loyal customers — the ones who have been here from the beginning, who appreciate the craft and passion that goes into every cider we make, and who recognize just how special Hawk K**b is — THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support our restaurant, even during busy times and longer wait periods simply because of how much Hawk K**b has grown. You kept coming back, and you continue to support us as a whole. We are endlessly grateful.

And just a reminder — WE ARE STILL OPEN!
We have officially set October 4th as our final day at Hawk K**b, so we still have a few more weeks to enjoy this special place together before we make the move to White Sulphur Springs.

This weekend at Hawk K**b:
🍔 Friday: Open at 3 PM with smoked burgers, chicken wraps, our popular shrimp wrap, and favorites like bone marrow, charcuterie, and spinach, goat cheese & artichoke dip.
🍎 Saturday: Open at noon with our full menu and cider tastings. Live music at 6 PM pondside with Terrence Zimmerman & Amy McIntire, featuring banjo, guitar, and smooth vocals. 🎶
🥂 Sunday: Brunch from 10 AM–3 PM, followed by our full menu from 3–6 PM. And don't forget, our ciders are available to take home!

We’re getting closer to opening the doors at our new Greenbrier Valley Taphouse in White Sulphur Springs, and now it’s time to start building our team!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable, hardworking people who are ready to be part of something new in downtown White Sulphur Springs.
