Hey everyone. This post has nothing to do with cakes. But I'm calling all prayer warriors.
About 4 days ago, my best friends dad was transported to the hospital because he had an AVM. What happened was a blood vessel burst inside of his skull. They had to do an emergency surgery to remove half his skull in order to drain the blood. They did a scan yesterday to see how he was and everything was looking fairly good.
The nurse told his son that they wouldn't be able to put his skull back for 3-12 months.
And if everything goes well, he will be in the hospital for at least a month.
What we need to be praying for specifically is that he won't get pneumonia. Which is a possibility with how he is right now.
Also be praying for complete healing and peace for his family. This was a very traumatic experience for all of them.
His wife needs prayer for strength to continue walking this path..
His kids all need prayer for comfort and peace.
I can't even imagine how hard it is to watch your dad go through this.
He has his beautiful wife, 9 children, a grandbaby and another on the way.
