• Please place all custom orders through our website link. Be sure to check availability before ordering—if your date is unavailable, that means we’re fully booked and unable to accept additional orders for that date.

• Payment for custom orders is due at the time of booking. Orders are not added to our calendar until payment is received. If an order has been submitted but payment has not been completed, that date remains open and may become unavailable.

• We always love Sugar Shack requests! Have a cake slice flavor combination you’ve been wanting to try or a cookie you’ve been craving? Send us a message and we’ll do our best to add it to an upcoming menu. 🥰

If you’re needing a custom order, please book as far in advance as possible. Turning down orders for your special events is never my favorite thing to do, and unfortunately it’s becoming a more common occurrence.
