Living gluten-free gets a lot easier when you realize you were never meant to do it alone.

Before we found gluten-free communities online, our family made a decision: we were going to have unity in our home. Together, we chose to live free from gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, refined sugar, and seed oils.

At first, not everyone understood. Some family and friends didn’t know how to respond to our new way of life. But over time, we discovered something powerful:

There is blood family… and then there is **Family of Choice**.

Your Family of Choice is made up of the people who believe in what you believe, respect your convictions, honor your food restrictions, and choose to walk in the same direction with you.

We are building something special for you this fall. 🍂

Burns in the Kitchen is considering our first Fall Comfort Tasting Experience at our private kitchen space in Frisco.

This would be a reservation-only pop-up where guests taste clean versions of fall comfort classics like Chicken Pot Pie, Sweet Potato Beef Shepherd Pie, Zuppa Toscana, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, Meatloaf, Paleo Salisbury Steak Meatballs, and fall desserts.

Everything would be free from gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts, seed oils, and refined sugar.

This experience is for our gluten-free community, health-conscious food lovers, and anyone who wants comfort food made with better ingredients.

Today’s Farmers Market was a success! We sold out of our Chicken Salad Combo meal (Chicken Salad, Hard Boiled Egg, Grapes, Gluten Free Toast, and Pickle) for ONLY $15!
