However, when Saturday rolls around and you gag at the thought of a turkey sandwich and leftover collard greens, you’ll be glad you listened. This past weekend, using Nardelli 100% Angus beef, we made smash burgers. It helps to have a Blackstone griddle, but any griddle or large pan will work. This will be the perfect remedy from your L-tryptophan overdose.

We are in the middle of ‘s book “Greenlights”. In it he talks about being an exchange student in Australia. The first weekend there he grills, you guessed it, cheeseburgers…and this qoute was born.
