We are pleased to announce that our new menus are available at special promotional prices while we complete the development process, focusing on enhancing taste, quality, and cost.

Our current priority is to manage ingredient expenses. Regular pricing will be implemented starting August 1.

Someone asked whats the topping I placed before the leche flan…here it is! 👉the Ube halaya

This 3-layered cake is layered with cream cheese frosting and ube halaya, garnished with cream cheese frosting and ube ganache, and final coating is the crushed baked ube cake. Refraining myself from speaking as I am standing in front of the cake, and making my cakes to beautiful soul music which is what I need to calm my mind 🥳

What is a P**o- Flan?

Purple Yam p**o flan, the bottom layer is usually soft and fluffy ube p**o, while the top layer is creamy leche flan. It has a beautiful purple-and-golden appearance and is popular for parties, holidays, and special occasions (in the Philippines)

The texture is a combination of:

* Soft and moist from the ube p**o
* Smooth and creamy from the leche flan
* A delicious balance of sweetness with a mild earthy ube flavor

It’s essentially a fusion of ube cake, p**o, and leche flan in one dessert.
