Have you ever wanted to build a gorgeous, photo-worthy charcuterie board?

This July I'm throwing open the doors to the Rose & Brie commercial kitchen for something I've been dreaming up for a while now. A small, hands-on class where I walk you through building a board from start to finish. You'll learn how to fold a salami rose, different ways to style prosciutto, cheese cutting techniques, how color theory plays into a beautiful board, and so much more!
