Alright, time to brew again! Just finished fine tuning another NEIPA. Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops for this one. Also going to give A04 Barbarian a try to see how I like it. Going to go live for this brew day so stay tuned y’all!

Berliner Weisse is on tap and tasting great! It’s 3.8% ABV and 3.2 pH so it’s tart and refreshing. Going to make this again and add fruit next time. Cheers and happy Friday y’all! 🍻

Berliner Weisse on deck! Time to make our first kettle sour with the 1bbl brewhouse. I think we’ve finally ironed out all the process steps to make this work. Brew day is upon us so stay tuned.
