My Serama are Traditional Serama, but every once in a while I hatch a bird that really shows the Malaysian influence hiding within the bloodline.

This is one of my favorite things about breeding Serama. You can know your birds and your lines incredibly well and genetics will STILL occasionally reach into the family tree and say, “Remember me?” 😂🐓

And personally…I think she’s pretty darn neat. ❤️

I see this little hummingbird almost every day, and it never gets old. 💜

A sweet reminder to slow down, look around, and notice the small things. There’s so much beauty tucked into the ordinary moments of our days—we just have to take the time to see it.
