I’m Kayliegh, a homesteading mom raising Nigerian Dwarf goats and creating handcrafted goat‑milk soaps and homestead products. My husband Jason and I chose this lifestyle to support our family’s health and happiness, especially for our son Riley, who has Autism. Caring for goats has helped him build confidence and daily life skills, and it has brought our family closer to the land. I share our journey in hopes of inspiring others who value simple living, meaningful work, and community.

Fair season recap! 🎪🐐 Spent the weekend at the Grahamsville Fair and then headed over to the Delaware County Fair ADGA show with our juniors. They didn't place high this time, because they just need a little more time to mature compared to the competition. A lot of hard work and late-night labor goes into raising these girls, but we are just getting started. Wait until next season when they are all in milk! Plus, a huge shoutout to Amber Zellers with Mumu (Our girls Dam) for taking Grand Champion. The genetics are there, these young ones just need time to grow. 😉✨

Some people look for therapy in a bottle or a screen. I find mine in the pasture. Nothing beats a quiet moment, a smiling goat, and a few kisses to reset the soul.
