Make sure to renew and/or register your retail permits by April 30th to avoid paying a 25% late fee (as required by Session Law 2024-41). Permits that are not renewed or registered before June 1st will be permanently canceled. You can conveniently renew, register, and pay online through the ABC Permittee Portal: https://epay.abc.nc.gov
