Don’t feel embarrassed if your pans look dirty. In no time they can look stunning again. I offer polishing services that will take decades off of your cookware.

Even copper pans need to freshen up every once in a while. Retinning = spa day for pans? I think so. Treat your pans well and they will treat you well. Sometimes all a fish roasting lid needs is a fresh coat of tin.

Tin-lined copper has so many incredible properties. Even heating, incredible heat conductivity, non-stick, sustainable, food-safe (even better than cast iron or even stainless steel) virtually indestructible, and continually restorable. And you even have someone who retins them on the west coast! Pretty great I’d say.

Copper can always make a comeback… from dirty to stunning, and from obsolete to relevant. Try cooking in tin-lined copper to see why people are obsessed! It’s not just beautiful—it’s a workhorse and has finesse unlike any other cooking metal.
