As the leaves fall and the air crisps, Autumn calls us inward β to reflect, release, and restore. This is a time to nourish the lungs and large intestine, the organs associated with the season in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Let go of what no longer serves, and make space for stillness, clarity, and peace. How do we go though Autumn without getting sick or experiencing burnout?
π Attune with Autumn π
