Well the herdsire's are enjoying life. We have several females that are being bred, and should have some stellar crias born next summer and fall.

Brian, we use Lister Laser clippers here for doing the dogs. Little pricey but have worked real well for us. The cutter set that comes with the unit is a little too fine, Meaning we have to go a little slower through the dog hair as it wants to clog. They make a set that is a more aggressive cut that I would get if you have several dogs to do. Just remember that no mater what clippers or shears you use, it is best to sharpen them before useing, even if they are new. Usally they dont come with a very good edge on them.

Check out the alpacas, we have just put together this page. Alpacas have truely been a blessing and we have been enjoying raising them for the past 10 years.
