White chocolate chip & double chocolate chip, ready for sandwiching tomorrow.

Easy peasy lemon curd

4 whole eggs
150 white sugar
100 butter
Zest and juice of 4 lemons

Use more sugar if you like it sweeter and more butter if you like it thicker
