Hello everyone! The Battle is over and the Burritos have won!! So that is what I’m making for this week.

Entrée

Toasted Stuffed Burritos! 🌯 This can be made with flour tortilla. (Or corn tortilla for (gluten-free option)
This burrito 🌯 is stuffed w/freshly shredded cheese, Mexican rice, and your choice of meat which is chicken 🍗 or steak 🥩 along with Homemade Red Sauce.

(Prices do vary depending on which meat you choose.)

Sides

Mexican rice
Refried beans
Guacamole 🥑 mild/spicy “chunky”
Blended Salsa mild/spicy
White Queso Dip mild/spicy

Please place your orders as soon as possible.

Orders will be ready on Friday 16th!

Hello everyone, Next week is "Customer Choice"!! Which ever dish is most popular I will make. So please take part in this by 4/30/21. You have the options of (Chili Verde w/ pork loin, but can also can be made with chicken, rice, beans) OR ( A Big Shredded Chicken or Steak Grilled Stuffed Burrito w/ RED sauce, rice, and freshly shredded cheese. This can also be made w/ Corn Tortilla for Gluten Free burritos if needed.

I will be Making.....

ENTREE (Shredded Pork Taquitos) this a crunchy wrap corn tortilla stuffed with shredded pork it's all meat inside. You can dress it up with shredded lettuce, guacamole sauce and sour cream. I've also posted a picture of the dish too so you can see what it looks like. These Taquitos have chicken inside.

SIDES Cuban Black Beans White Rice/w Lime And Cilantro Salsa - mild/spicy Creamy Guacamole Sauce- mild/spicy -- this is made with tomatillo tomatoes', garlic, onion, jalapenos and avocados! White Ques dip- mild/spicy "I can also still make chunky Guacamole upon request"

Hello my Friends... sorry for not cooking last month. I had to study intensely for my class. It was a Bible Based school filled with encouragement! I will be cooking the week of the 15th. if you can place your orders by the 15th that would be awesome.
