From Block 17 of our beloved Ava's Acre, 43 trees were harvested two months before the season. These olives did not produce a lot of oil, but our goal was not to make the most, but to make the best. The best flavor, the best aroma, the best oil: to help you create the best memories. This olive oil was made for special occasions. It was made to be paired with your local bakery's fresh bread.
