Bill was in the chicken coop with me putting in the new nesting boxes. Our one and only rooster came up to my son and starting pecking at him, my son runs out grabs this random broken oar and says “WHO WANTS CHICKEN NUGGETS FOR SUPPER” 😂😂😂 we don’t play here apparently. Now it’s time for my son to establish dominance with a dang chicken, and I’m here for the show.

First year ever having a garden. I had no idea what to expect, although we have a small haul from the garden, it’s still SOMETHING!!
There are more beans, more peas and the watermelon is actually growing! We waited a little too long on the radishes, they were woody!
All lessons to be learned for next year, and the many more to come!
