We’re Hiring: Store Manager — Wand & Whisk Café

Wand & Whisk Café, Little Rock’s upcoming magical dessert atelier, is seeking a founding Store Manager to help bring our vision to life.

This is not a traditional “walk into a finished store” role. This is a true pre-opening leadership role. You will help refine our menu, develop operational systems, shape workflow, and build our customer experience from the ground up. We are building something new, and we are looking for a leader who is energized by creation, iteration, and thoughtful problem-solving.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has prior food service experience
• Has management or leadership experience
• Brings startup energy and is excited to turn vision into structure
• Is excited to build and lead their own team

This individual will take the lead in hiring and developing our opening staff and will play a central role in defining the culture of Wand & Whisk.
