Good morning! Opening week is here!!! We want to thank the state legislature, Matt Duffield and Blake Eddins for having us take our barbecue on the road to Little Rock to cater lunch. If you’d like our barbecue, we are willing to travel!

We plan on cooking BIG this weekend. Our walk-in is loaded, 100s of briskets, ribs, pork shoulders, pork belly for bacon burnt ends, turkey breasts galore. In the summer heat, I always crave a cold BAS (big a$$ salad)🔥😉 ZAZA Fine Salad + Wood-Oven Pizza Co is one of my favorite salad stops in town! So many salad options to choose from, and I love that they source produce from local farmers here in Arkansas❤️
They have a location in Conway and Little Rock!

Stopped by Big Orange : West with my bestie for one of my favorite salads in town 🧡🔥🤤 It is light but filling, and I love allllll the fresh fruit!
Depending on my mood, I also love their Avocado + Bacon cheeseburger served with sweet potato fries🍔💯➡️
🔸Big Orange House Salad + Grilled Chicken: mixed lettuce, arugula, orange slices, strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese, candied pecans, grilled chicken served with a citrus vinaigrette
🔸Avocado + Bacon cheeseburger: white American cheese, Petit Jean Meats, avocado, butter leaf lettuce, tomato, mayo, premium black angus beef patty served with their famous sweet potato fries + mango-curry ketchup
🗣Big shoutout to the WLR staff that always throws down for me! No matter how busy, the service is always top-notch!
