Dinner just hits a little different when the vines are your backdrop.

Hang out with us at Carboy Palisade on September 17 for Dine in the Vines, our al fresco, five-course dinner paired with five Carboy w**es, a welcome pour, passed appetizers, and a whole lot of w**e country magic.

Chef Scott Hybbaneth is bringing a seasonal menu to the table, and we’ll be pouring w**es made right here in the Grand Valley. You’ll find the full menu in the ticket link!

Today marks the official start of another vintage, our 10th to be exact, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the hardworking hands, early mornings, long days, and these passionate people who make it all happen.

Cheers to the team in the vineyards, the cellar, and everywhere in between, and to the w**e that’s waiting on the other side. 🍷 Happy harvest!

This white port-style w**e is built from 100% Colorado-grown Frontenac Gris, fortified with Gewürztraminer brandy. Finished in freshly decanted Pedro Ximénez barrels from Spain, where Grand Valley fruit is forged with rich, sherry-soaked history!
