We are set up today! Come clear us out so we can start afresh next week.

We have pre-cut sunflower, red clover, wheatgrass, and pea.

For fresh-cut we have red acre cabbage and for sprouts we have red-clover ready!

Tomorrow we will have wheatgrass! Only three bags so come get it quick! We have pre-cut most of our product this week to make our transport easier since our losses have been big lately. We will have the following available:

Microgreens:
Wheatgrass
Cabbage
Clover
Sunflower

And as promised we are bringing a trial run of clover sprouts!

Y’all we are back to growing our micro-greens on grow mats and look at the success rate of that germination. Not one mold issue! We have six more trays still in black out awaiting their germination to complete, but I peeked and they are looking great!!!! Lord have mercy. I think this will be our last small market week and we will be back to having 12+ trays available.

This week we will have our usual fresh cut micro-greens as well as trialing sprouts and live trays for our customers! Watch in the coming weeks for pesto and salads-to-go. We are working on re-establishing and will soon be taking pre-orders.

If you would like to see more of these items at market faster we gladly and thankfully accept donations. Any gift will go towards investing in jars, trays, clamshell boxes, seeds and grow medium. We love you guys and can’t wait to see you this Sunday at Fall Creek Market.

Hey guys! Our market van was stolen today with well over $7000.00 in there meant for paying off the van as soon as legally possible. That has disappeared with all of our market supplies. We won’t be able to get to our market as per the usual schedule until we are able to replace everything that was stolen. If you happen to see this van, please let me know!
