Today on the Farm when I say we are beyond thankful for each and every person who supports us in any way, just stopping by and talking to us, forwarding our posts, liking them, commenting or just following along, talking to your friends and neighbors about us. Buying our products, trusting us to make your products. It’s incredible and we love you!

Tonight we are headed to spend some time with framily, our people and celebrate everything and each other because we can.

This explains why Bill and I ate eight thighs by ourself last night!

Tip: Our chicken is dry cooled, so it is not soaked in any liquids, and it is not injected with any brains. It will cook faster than your store-bought chicken. I highly suggest a probe until you’re used to that. Also, I love coding my chicken with mayonnaise, or yogurt… You can make your seasonings in with it and it holds it on the chicken perfectly while creating a barrier so the juices don’t escape. You do not taste it on the chicken. Let your chicken rest for a little bit whenever you pull it out to let the juices distribute back in the muscle. It will be the best chicken ever! What’s your favorite way of cooking?

One of my go to meals. Who doesn’t like a good sheet pan dinner? I used KATY Poultry skin on bone in thighs which are beautiful!

I will yell it from the rooftop. Farm fresh meat tastes better, looks better and strengthens your community!

Over the past several years we've met so many wonderful people who began as customers and ended up as friends. Through this journey we've made some great connections with several fellow vendors as well and they have became like family to us.
We are so grateful for everyone who comes by to visit at the markets.
