🍎 The apples are harvested! 🍎

Yay! The bins are full, and we’ll be pressing apples probably tomorrow or Thursday. So if you stop by the c***ry this weekend, you may just catch the wonderful smell of freshly pressed c***r in the air. 🥂🍏

This year’s c***r is going to be a little different from the last couple of seasons—and that’s okay! We’re expecting this vintage to have more tannins and a little less acidity, giving it a slightly different character than the last two seasons.

This year’s harvest includes lots of Dabinett, along with some Harrison, Franklin, Kingston Black, and a selection of russets.

Every harvest has its own character, and we’re excited to see what this year’s apples bring to the glass. 💫
