Hey roll up gang… hope you all are staying warm with this crazy cold weather that’s happening… but give it a couple more months and all this white stuff on the ground will be gone… SUPER BOWL is upon us… if your staying in or going to a friends house… don’t know what to make or bring… how about some bacon cheeseburger egg rolls, or jalapeño popper eggrolls, or if your not a fan of the beef… how about some chicken bacon ranch (roll up gang favorite), buffalo chicken dip, or crab Rangoon…. Got a sweet tooth? Roll Up egg rolls got you covered with the cheesecake eggrolls that will hit your taste buds like Tyson vs Frazier…. Oreo cheesecake,cherry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake,etc… don’t like cheesecake I got pie eggrolls… hopefully they are good enough my late great grandmother would be proud…. Taking orders now

I’ve been asked by a couple of friends and fellow customers about when do I plan on making my birria eggrolls well… if I wanna do it right I want to make traditional birria with the peppers and chiles in the marinade and not just drop one of those flavor bombs in a pot and call it good… so with that being said I’ll be making birria eggrolls this weekend

Now that the holidays are out the way… time to get back in the kitchen…. So I’ve been thinking about a new logo lately… someone suggested that I turn myself into a cartoon and have me roll up and egg roll like a dooby… if anyone can mae that happen please let me know… happy 2026 everyone from roll up egg rolls… egg rolls that hit you like a fat kid loves chocolate cake
