Howdy from Lonetree! We’re Western Meat Processing, a brand-new USDA-inspected plant built right on Beck Ranch.

That’s Q- our production manager, Dana- founder, and Broderick- plant manager. Then there’s Theo, the newest member of the crew.

Take a quick 40-second tour of our new butchery here in Lonetree, Wyoming — still under construction, but coming together fast.

Plant manager’s office → USDA inspector’s office & bathroom → kill floor (humane dispatch and full inspection) → drip cooler (carcasses brought down to 40° quickly) → aging cooler (dry-aged a minimum of 14 days for tenderness) → cut floor → final product freezer.

We’re a USDA-inspected plant built to process beef from ranches across the region. Clean facilities, careful handling, and the right aging time so the meat that leaves here is ready for the table.
