🍺🇩🇪 Brewery of the Month: Prost Brewing Co.

This month, we’re raising a stein to Colorado’s own Prost Brewing Co.! Founded in 2012, Prost specializes in authentic German-style bier, combining traditional Old-World brewing techniques with modern precision. They focus on classic, approachable lagers and ales, using four simple ingredients—malt, hops, water, and yeast—and giving their lagers plenty of time to develop through slow, cold lagering.

🍻 A Few Prost Favorites:

💜 Kölsch – A bright, delicate Köln-style golden ale with subtle peach and pear aromas, gentle malt sweetness, and a crisp, refreshing finish.

🌼 Pilsner – A classic North German-style lager that's clean, crisp, and floral, balancing German malt character with traditional noble hops.

We’re excited to welcome the newest member of the Sportsman’s Liquor team, Blake!

Originally from Iowa, Blake is now proud to call Longmont home. When he’s not at Sportsman’s, he’s a big fan of music and cheering on the Denver Broncos. 🎶🏈

Blake has already proven to be a great addition to our crew. His excellent customer service, attention to detail, and Midwestern work ethic are exactly the qualities we value at Sportsman’s.
