Double hunt for tonight!

•woke up at 0500
•drank a glass of warm water and stretched
•0524 got dressed for my run
•0530 I started my 5 minute warmup walk
•0610 I was finished with my workout before sunrise

Now I’m sitting in my breakfast nook area in my kitchen listening to my quail wake up and my Roos are calling. I will be cleaning the coop up here in the next hour or so. Trying to get it done early before the real heat sets in!
