Maker's Mark

Maker's Mark Full-flavored, yet remarkably easy to drink, Maker’s Mark® bourbon is smooth enough to drink neat, but always thoroughly mixable in cocktails.

Two common questions we get: why do we spell whisky without the “e,” and how long is our bourbon aged? Well, we use the spelling “whisky,” instead of “whiskey,” to pay homage to our Scottish-Irish heritage. And we age our bourbon whisky to taste not time - about 5.5-7 years. Must be legal drinking age to follow

Our Mother Tree, a White Oak estimated between 300 and 500 years old, has watched over Star Hill Farm through every season.

We thank her and all mothers on this special day.

Star Hill Farm Whisky 2026 has arrived.

Thanks to the power of regenerative agriculture, each year more nutrients are added back into our soil, creating healthier wheat, and a more flavorful whisky.

Crafted from three different kinds of wheat, malted barley, and malted wheat, this complex and vibrant flavor is unlike any other poured before.
