🍽️ CHECK, PLEASE! EPISODE 3 🍽️

This time we hit Prank in DTLA — and first impression? Super cool vibe. Great energy, fun space, definitely a spot that feels like it should be a hit.

Food was mostly solid… except the mango ceviche 😬. Maybe it was an off night or a bad batch, but that one was a hard no.

So… would we come back? Honestly, probably not — not because it was terrible, but because DTLA has way too many spots still on our list.

Final score: 7.5/10 ⭐️

Chicken: crunchy + flavorful
Waffle: solid (still thinking about that pink butter…)
Catfish: good crust, needed a little more seasoning
Mac & cheese: did its job

✅ What worked:
Vibe + decor were on point
Drinks were tasty (kool aid a little sweet)
Food came out FAST
Most dishes hit

❌ What broke:
Heavy batter on a few items
Hush puppies felt a little… tired
Catfish could’ve used a touch more seasoning

🔧 One fix:
Tighten up those hush puppies + quicker initial greet
