Who L💜VES Matcha 🍵? Me, me, me!!! I recently switched back to my morning matcha over coffee and have really felt the benefits of doing so. Match is high in antioxidants which help stabilize free radicals that may damage cells and cause chronic disease, may help protect the liver, boosts brain function, may help prevent cancer and also promote heart health! It also contains a compound called L-Theanine that can reduce anxiety!!

Experimenting 🧪 Starting the fermenting process for my craft kombucha! When you begin and end fermentation, you measure the specific gravity (sugar content) so you know how much has been converted during the process. Up until this point I have always done this by taste but I think it will be fascinating to actually see the stats of what my scobies are doing during the process!
