Hello friends, I plan to sell my friend's VERY authentic Chinese homemade food and pastries in the LA area starting from next month. They are SO good and SO different from the ones I've had in restaurants. Actually I can't find some of them in Chinese restaurants! Right now there are 4 of them:
Mung bean pastry (sweet version and salty version, personally I like the sweet one better), Red bean pastry, Pan-fried pumpkin cake, and Marinated beef.
Please kindly let me know which one(s) you like or don't like! I was born in China so I might have got used to lots of Chinese food. Also continue to welcome all the suggestions and ideas! My friend can make many other dishes, it's just these that I love the most! If people have other suggestions, I can try to make them happen!
