Fudgy Brown Butter Double Chocolate Banana Bread 🍌

🔘Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
1/2 cup (50g) Dutch processed cocoa powder
2 large eggs ( room temp)
2 cups (240g) all purpose flour
1/2 cup (121g) unsalted butter before browned
1/2 cup (123g) sour cream (room temp)
1 tsp (4g) baking powder
1/4 tsp (2g) baking soda
1/4 cup (45g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (100g) dark brown sugar
1 tsp (5g) salt
1 tsp (5ml) vanilla paste
1cup (180g) milk chocolate chips (more for topping)
1 tbsp (15g) semi sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
Long strips of butter (optional)

🔘Prep and Baking Process:
Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
Line your baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In the separate bowl mash your ripped bananas and set aside.
In saucepan heat the butter until browned. Set aside.
In the medium bowl whisk together eggs, granulated sugar and brown sugar.
Add browned butter and continue whisking.
Add mashed bananas, whisk until all incorporated.
Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mix well.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix well until all combined and add milk chocolate chips.
Transfer batter into a baking pan, sprinkle with more chocolate chips on top.
Place long strips of butter.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean in the center.
