German Breakfast is not complete without fresh 'Brötchen'. 🙌

At least on weekends - one family member has to drive to the fav local bakery and pick up everyone's favorite bread rolls.

The others set the table, boil eggs, and have the coffee ready.

Patiently waiting for the filled paper bag to get emptied into the bread basket.

😆 A German ritual we"ll never get rid of. 💛

👉 How should we call a baking mix that actually makes BREAD, real bread?

A product that makes artisan bread made from a long fermentation, tastes and looks like a bread.

BREAD MIX
seems not correct.
It's often a cake.
