This recipe is fast, simple, delicious and made in just 8-10 minutes thanks to my new stainless steel, PFAS free, PFOA free, Teflon free Iconic air fryer. Miso Salmon Garlic-Ginger Marinade:
2 1/2 lbs wild caught salmon
2 cups Brussel sprouts halved
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp honey or agave
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1) Remove skin from salmon, leave it on if you like it. Cut into cubes bite size pieces.
2) Combine everything in a bowl and stir well. Pour half marinade in salmon and other half onto your vegetables.
3) Place it in the air fryer at 385 for 15 minutes. Check halfway point and if you like it more crispy cook more. Everyone likes their salmon cooked differently so it’s personal preference on how you like it and adjust to your liking.
4) You can use any vegetable of choice. It’s up to you. But the marinade is super delicious. Enjoy!
